From Order to Doorstep: The 8 Steps of a goProxyBuy Transaction

Curious what actually happens between placing an order and receiving your item on goProxyBuy?
Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

1. The traveler posts a Travel Plan - date, route, available weight, and shipment cost.

2. The buyer fills in their buying request, product names (up to 10), quantity, fullfilment deadline, notes to proxy buyer, and shipment option (Pick up at the traveler's location or Request Reship to buyer's location). The proxy buyer is notified by email and WhatsApp.

3. The proxy buyer, fill in the estimates cost and total weight. The buyer can accept or reject the proxy buyer estimate.

4. If accepted, the buyer transfers the deposit to the goProxyBuy business account. Once the funds are verified, the proxy buyer is told the deposit is secured.

5. The proxy buyer starts buying, records each item’s actual cost, uploads products photo, and remeasure the actual weight and hand over the package to the traveler. The invoice updates automatically, and the buyer can follow along from their Dashboard.

6. The traveler arrives at the destination city, pays any customs duty, and marks the package as arrived. The buyer is notified.

7. The buyer pays any remaining balance. Once verified, the order moves to ready for pickup.

8. The buyer receives the package, checks everything, and marks it as clear. The proxy buyer and the traveler are then paid the full amount, less the 2.5% fee - and the deal is completed.

That is the entire flow: transparent at every step, with your money held safely in the middle until both sides are happy. Whether you are buying, proxy buying or carrying, you always know exactly where things stand.
